Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Riveraen provides a 30-day return window from delivery.

Exchanges are available for eligible products, and return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges. Riveraen does not charge a restocking fee.

After an approved returned product is received, inspection takes 1–3 business days. If the return is approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval to the original payment method.
